About Parkview

We’re a tiny neighborhood tucked into southeast Atlanta with a thriving community of young families, professionals, and longtime residents. As a hidden gem surrounded by the East Atlanta, Kirkwood, and East Lake neighborhoods, you're just a short walk (or quick drive) to oodles of local restaurants and businesses.

Our homes sit among Civil War battlefields, for which DeKalb Memorial Park owes its name, and Civil Rights milestones. Young professionals move to our neighborhood because of its location and accessibility while many of our neighbors have lived in our neighborhood over 40 years. Ivy Prep Academy at Kirkwood and the YMCA Youth and Teen Development Center call our neighborhood home. We continue to evolve and are uniquely positioned as a place where neighbors from many backgrounds can connect and share with one another in a special way.
